NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL PUBLIC MEETING: CANADA LANDS COMPANY LIMITED

The Board of Directors of Canada Lands Company Limited (CLCL) invites members of the public to its in-person annual public meeting on November 26, 2026 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time.

CLCL is a federal Crown corporation focused on developing, activating, enhancing and operating Canadian iconic destinations, including the CN Tower in Toronto and the Old Port of Montréal and the Montréal Science Centre.

At the meeting, Chair of the Board, Kaye Melliship and President and CEO of CLCL, Stéphan Déry will provide a review of the Company’s operations for the 2025/26 fiscal year and a summary of CLCL’s current outlook.

Members of the public are invited to submit questions in advance regarding the Company’s activities in advance by November 20, 2026 at @email. Officials will answer as many questions as possible, including those posed during the meeting itself. The meeting will be recorded and posted on the Company’s website.
