Stéphan Déry, CPA, MPA, ICD.D, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Canada Lands Company Limited (CLCL), a self-financing federal Crown corporation responsible for the stewardship, management, and development of strategic public assets across Canada. He leads a national organization responsible for some of Canada's most iconic attractions and destinations, including the CN Tower, the Old Port of Montréal, and the Montréal Science Centre.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience in real estate, finance, asset management, and public sector transformation, Stéphan previously served as Assistant Deputy Minister, Real Property Services, at Public Services and Procurement Canada. In that role, he led an organization of over 4,000 employees responsible for delivering the full spectrum of real property services to federal departments and agencies across Canada, overseeing one of the country's largest and most diverse real estate portfolios.

Throughout his career, Stéphan has held senior executive positions in acquisitions, corporate services, and strategic operations. He has led complex initiatives involving major public assets, large-scale organizational transformations, and stakeholder partnerships across Canada. Recognized for his expertise in governance, strategy, and asset stewardship, he is a Chartered Professional Accountant, holds a Master of Public Administration degree, and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors Directors Education Program (ICD.D).
